You may redeem your loyalty points on regular-priced products only at our e-store. Points redemption is not allowed on bundles, Christmas sets, and other promotional items.

Locate your unique URL in the ‘Referral’ tab above to share with your friends. To qualify for the referral bonus, your friend has to sign up for an account with your account and make their first purchase.

You may start redeeming your loyalty points at 100 points (equivalent to $10) on our e-store. The maximum loyalty points redemption is capped at 500 points (equivalent to $50) per order. Loyalty points will be fully redeemed once applied at checkout.

Redemption of loyalty points cannot be combined with coupon codes.

Loyalty program points are valid till 31 December 2024. We are unable to extend the validity of your loyalty points beyond this period.

Loyalty points are non-transferable and may not be combined with another member’s.
