GENERAL
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent after your purchase.
Your order will be confirmed shortly after payment is successfully completed. A confirmation email will be sent to youm do check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
We understand that changes may come up, but to ensure fast and efficient delivery, orders are processed immediately once payment is confirmed. As such, we’re unable to make any amendments after the order has been placed.
While we love hearing from our customers, we’re unable to take orders over the phone. You may place your order online or visit any of our outlets.

Kindly note that only one discount code can be applied per checkout.
We understand the frustration of finding your favourite items out of stock. If this happens, simply click the "Remove Me" tab beneath the unavailable item. This will not affect the rest of the items in your cart.
To be notified when the product is back, we recommend clicking "Subscribe Now" on the specific product page. You will receive an automated email as soon as it becomes available again.
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately at support@phshairscience.com with your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo or video of the affected item.
Kindly do not discard the item, as we will need to collect it for investigation and resolution.

Payment
Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa/AMEX)
PHS HAIRSCIENCE® Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers or any promotional vouchers cannot be used to offset online purchases at PHS HAIRSCIENCE® website.
Your personal information is kept secure and confidential throughout the entire checkout process. We partner with trusted payment provider First Data Payment Solutions, and we do not share or sell your personal details to any third party.
Payments are usually processed immediately. If you receive a 'Payment Failed' notification, please proceed to place a new order. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order and delivery details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@phshairscience.com.
Delivery
For Local Singapore Delivery:
Nett purchases below S$100: S$7.00
Nett purchases above S$100: FREE
Re-delivery attempt due to unsuccessful delivery: S$7.00 per trip
Additional surcharge for Sentosa Island addresses: S$10.00
Email us for overseas shipping rates
- A shipping fee will apply if your purchase amount falls below the minimum purchase of S$100 (for Singapore) after discounts are applied.
- We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singapore Public Holidays.
- Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.
- All orders submitted after 11 am will be processed the following day. All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation.
We do not offer self-collection at our outlets at the moment.
We’re here to help! If your order hasn’t arrived, just drop us an email at support@phshairscience.com with your order number, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us at support@phshairscience.com immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the necessary changes before your order is processed.
Please note that we only deliver to valid residential addresses — we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If the order has already been packed and dispatched, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Any changes to the delivery address at that stage may incur additional charges from the courier, which will be borne by the customer.
If your order was attempted for delivery but you weren’t available to receive it, our courier will schedule a re-delivery on the next available date.
Please note that if the delivery attempt fails more than twice, a re-delivery fee of S$7 will apply.
To track and check the status of your order, please click here and enter the tracking number sent to your email.
Unfortunately, our warehouse is closed on Public Holidays. Your orders will be processed the next working day.
We’re sorry if your order is taking longer than expected. Standard Shipping deliveries are typically made between 9am and 10pm.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@phshairscience.com with your order number, and our team will be happy to assist you in checking the delivery status.
If no one is available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the courier may take one of the following actions:
- Mark the delivery as failed and send you an email with a rescheduling link, allowing you to choose the next available delivery date and time slot. If no selection is made, the courier will automatically reschedule the delivery for the next business day.
- Contact you via call or message to check if you would like the package left at a secure location of your choice.
Returns & Cancellations
For incorrect items or change-of-mind returns:
- Items must be in their original purchase condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.
- Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.
- Items marked as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable are not eligible.
- A delivery fee will apply for change-of-mind returns.
For defective items:
We understand the item may have been opened. Please email us at support@phshairscience.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo or video of the affected item
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once payment has been completed. We kindly encourage you to review your items carefully before checking out. Only the items listed in your Order Confirmation will be shipped, unless an item is out of stock.
